Amount of tomatoes, parsley, chili, etc all depends on how much you like vegetables and colour in your food I suppose.<br />Anyhow, hope that helps.<br /> <br />2 tins fava beans – heated up and mashed with a pestle<br />Half lemon or less juiced (to taste)<br />1-2 cloves of crushed garlic – used mortar and pestle<br />1 small red chilli finely chopped (mom’s recipe calls for green chilli)<br />1 fresh tomato<br />Red and green pepper/capsicum finely chopped<br />Finely chopped parsley<br />Olive oil<br />Salt to taste<br /> <br />Steps:<br /> <br />1. Heated up the foul<br />2. Crushed it with the pestle<br />3. Let it cool while chopping up vegetables and crushing garlic<br />4. Mixed it all together<br />5.
